Ensuring safe and reliable delivery of your goods is very important to us. We use a reputable carrier to deliver our products with whom we have a long standing relationship. All products are packed and labelled to a high standard to avoid potential damage.

How do I get FREE UK mainland delivery?
Delivery is included in the price of your order if delivered to a UK mainland location on our standard delivery service. For all orders we require a full address and post code, contact name and phone number in case we need to contact you.
What is considered Standard Delivery?
Standard delivery is Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) 9am – 6pm.
However, small size items might be sent using Royal Mail and could be delivered at the weekend. All dispatches will be trackable for proof of delivery. On placement of your order, there will be an opportunity for you to leave ‘instruction notes’ relating to your delivery. Should we require clarification on your request, we will contact you prior to dispatching your order.
Can I have my products delivered at the weekend or by timed delivery?
If you need either weekend or timed delivery, please call us on 01799 528770 or contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org. If your request is for an existing order, please quote your order number in your correspondence. Otherwise, please advise the items you wish to order and your intended delivery address.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Stock items will normally be delivered within 5 to 7 working days of order placement and clearance of any payment. Non-stock items are subject to a possible 4 week lead time. We will inform you via email when your order has been dispatched.
Lefroy Brooks stock items (normally available in 5-7 working days): Chrome finish
Lefroy Brooks non-stock items (normally available within 3-4 weeks): Antique Gold finish, Silver Nickel finish
Every item we dispatch is packed with great care using packaging suitable for the nature of the items ordered.
